ViMaRare est une application gnrale toute maladie rare et personnalisable par chaque utilisateur. Elle aide mieux grer le quotidien, le vivre avec une maladie rare en centralisant sur une mme application toutes les informations utiles, gnrales et personnelles en facilitant aussi les situations durgence.
Lutilisateur a accs trois rubriques : vivre avec une maladie rare, ma sant, mes indispensables.Elle est structure en 3 parties : - Vivre avec ma maladie rare
Accs des informations gnrales sur les maladies rares afin de mieux comprendre le parcours administratif, de soins, et associatif. Lutilisateur dispose dinformations plus spcifiques au territoire de Champagne-Ardenne avec les coordonnes des organismes utiles.- Ma sant
Saisie des donnes propres sa maladie : rendez-vous mdicaux, administratifs, organisationnels, avec des dlais de rappel adapts. Suivis de symptmes, de relevs de sant et des traitements. Personnalisation simple et utile
Laffichage des donnes est reprable de faon quotidienne dans lagenda mais galement de faon plus dtaille sous forme de courbes et de listes de rsultats.

Rpertoire propre lapplication et distinct de celui du tlphone Il permet de trouver rapidement la fiche des professionnels habituels et de directement leur tlphoner ou leur crire un SMS ou un e-mail. Lutilisateur dispose de la fonctionnalit appareil photo au cur de lapplication et ainsi ses photos sont classes directement dans lespace archivage de ViMaRare. Chaque photo sera titre et classe dans lalbum administratif ou mdical afin de faciliter la recherche en cas durgence. A lui dy archiver ses documents indispensables garder sur lui. (lis sa maladie et aux documents administratifs).Afin de rompre l'isolement et faciliter l'accs l'information, des notifications seront envoyes aux utilisateurs de ViMaRare (aprs leur acceptation) pour les informer des rencontres, colloques et autres manifestations lies aux maladies rares prs de chez eux ou plus lointain."
