5 Free iPhone Productivity Apps on The Apps Depot Blog

Staying productive on the daily basis is essential if you want to achieve any goals in your personal life and career.

Using the applications that help you keep track of your tasks will make sure that you don’t miss your deadlines and any important appointments.

Here are some of the best productivity apps for your iPhone that you may find useful.

Pushbullet

Continuity is a great feature, but not everyone's entitled to enjoy it (Obvious Mac pun). For the weird but daring who use an Android phone along with a Windows laptop, there's Pushbullet.

We've described the app earlier, and it's a tiny little helper that takes care of your time by pushing links from your device to your browser. Every time you get a new message on Facebook, you'll see a popup notification, with an option to answer straight within the said window.

With Pushbullet, sharing is effortless and easy, and it's not the only thing it's good for.

Any.do

This application features a simple interface and clean design that help you deal with your tasks quickly and efficiently. You can use Any.do to create the errand, to-do, and grocery lists, set aside some time for your chores and plan recurring tasks, so you always stay on top of things.

By using the application, you can also add various notes and file attachments. With the help of Any.do's moment feature, you’re encouraged to develop a habit of reviewing your plans on a regular basis.

Evernote

The Evernote app is rightly considered one of the best apps for making notes thanks to how easily you can organize all the information and retrieve it when necessary. It’s obviously impossible to carry more powerful devices, such as laptop and computer with you wherever you go.

But, thanks to the powerful synchronization feature of Evernote you can make any notes using your iPhone and continue where you stopped using any other device.

IF by IFTTT

The IF application is a powerful and extremely popular iPhone app that you can use to automate various digital actions. The name of the app stands for “if this, then that,” and it’s an accurate representation of how this app can be used.

For instance, if you add a new email address in Gmail, then the app will automatically save this address in Evernote. The app can be viewed as a switchboard that allows you to connect separate apps for maximum convenience and productivity.

EasilyDo

EasilyDo is a valuable productivity application that will certainly help you stay on track and do things in advance. You can use the app to connect to your email, Facebook account, calendar, and others online services, and the goal of EasilyDo is to monitor such services and decide where you may need help.

For example, if someone sends you an email letter, the app may ask whether you want to add the person’s address to your contacts. Or, you will be notified in advance when your friend has a birthday coming up so that you have enough time to think about the present. It’s certainly a useful application to install if you have a lot on your plate.

Plan ahead with productivity apps

It’s not a secret that proper planning is the foundation for success because relying exclusively on your memory may not be a good idea. Managing your tasks using modern iPhone apps will help you find enough time for everything you want and need to do.

The mentioned apps will help you create to-do lists, automate the actions in your digital life, and remind you of any upcoming events so that you can save as much time as possible and avoid any unnecessary stress.
